Lantern iOS App
Lantern has the opportunity to re-skin the Drizly app instead of starting an iOS development cycle from scratch. We received a lot of the harder backend features for free and it allowed us to move quickly and compete with other apps that were live in the App Store (Jane, Eaze, Weedmaps).
The goal: Re-skin the Drizly iOS app to look and feel more like Lantern. Try to limit the UX changes to get the app submitted to the store ASAP.
My role: Lead Product Designer
Success criteria: Design an app that will be approved by the Apple App Store compliance with a focus on speed of implementation to make it quicker and easier on engineering.
Result: Lantern was the first, shoppable cannabis marketplace app to ever be approved by the App Store.
